Mrs. Menu Shahi, the initiator and the center head of UDAAN Special school dealing with special children.
I am running this center since two years. I came in this field by the grace of Almighty I feel greatful to god for choosing me to help the special children.
We are equipped with well trained and highly qualified staff with three special educators. At present we are trying to bring little difference in the lives of 50 children, they are the children with common type of conditions which cause learning disabilities such as follow
At present we have children with common type of conditions which cause learning disabilities such as follow:
Down syndrome
These children have on intellectual disabilities which occur due to an extra chromosome in the cells.
Autism
children with this type of condition have development disabilities that affect the way they communicate and relate to people around them.
Cerebral palsy
children with this condition have development disabilities which may result various degrees of physical disabilities cognitive impairment, learning disabilities and other medical conditions such as vision or hearing problem.
Dyslexia
This is a disability which causes problem in spelling, reading, writing etc.
ADHD
Attention deficit hyper active disorder.
